First, which one is yours?
Every GBP suspension is one of two types. The appeal process is the same for both — but knowing which you're in tells you how much damage is being done right now.
Soft suspension
Your listing still shows publicly
- →Profile stays visible on Google Maps and Search
- →You lose dashboard control — no edits, no review replies, no photos or posts
- →Customers see the listing as if nothing happened
Hard suspension
Your listing has vanished
- →Profile removed completely from Google Search and Maps
- →Public presence is gone — only your dashboard still shows it, in suspended state
- →Every day it stays down is lost calls and lost customers
Why Google suspended it
These are the reasons Google flags as the cause inside your dashboard. They are causes, not separate types of suspension.
- →Deceptive content — misleading info, fake photos, false claims
- →Policy violations — keyword stuffing in the name, category abuse, address rule breaks
- →Google account not in good standing
- →Business does not exist — Google could not verify the business is real
- →Business has been disabled — an account-level action hitting every profile on that account
What the $499 covers
One flat fee per profile. Assessment to reinstatement.
Free assessment first
I look at your profile, identify the likely trigger, and tell you honestly whether recovery is realistic. You pay nothing until that's settled.
The appeal, written for you
A reinstatement appeal built around your specific violation type, short and factual — not a templated wall of text.
Evidence organised properly
I work out what your case actually needs, and how it should be presented so a reviewer can read it quickly.
I deal with Google, not you
All correspondence with Google support, Product Experts and review channels goes through me. You never have to write to Google.
Escalation when appeals stall
When the standard route stops moving, I escalate through forums, Product Expert channels and lesser-known direct paths.
Post-recovery check
Once you're back, I confirm clean standing and accurate details, and hand you a compliance checklist so it doesn't happen twice.
A denial is not the end
There are four stages to a GBP appeal, not one. Most owners stop after the first rejection because nobody told them the rest existed.
- 01
First appeal
Submitted through Google's manage-appeals workflow. This is the primary entry point, and the one most owners fill in wrong.
- 02
Second appeal
If the first is denied, a different route — the local-appeals contact form. A denial is not the end of the road.
- 03
Reply with stronger evidence
If the second is denied, the reply goes back into the same email thread with better evidence and every small detail re-checked.
- 04
Cooldown, then resubmit
After a 25-day wait, the case goes back in. There is no three-strike limit — the myth that you only get three appeals is simply false.

Questions owners actually ask
Is my profile suspended or disabled?
Both come through the same door. If your listing is gone from Maps and Search, that's a hard suspension. If it's still visible but you've lost control of the dashboard, that's a soft suspension. "Business has been disabled" is an account-level action that affects every profile tied to that account. The appeal process is the same for all of them.
How much does it cost?
A flat $499 per profile. No hourly billing, no retainer, no upsell. The assessment before it is free, and I only ask for payment once I've confirmed recovery is realistic.
How long does reinstatement take?
It depends on the suspension type, the cause, and whether you've already been denied. I give you a realistic estimate during the free assessment rather than a number off a price list — anyone promising a fixed turnaround before looking at your case is guessing.
My first appeal was already denied. Is it over?
No. A denial is step one of four, not the end. There's a second appeal through a different form, then a reply-with-evidence stage, then a resubmission after a 25-day cooldown. Most of the cases I take have already been denied at least once.
Will Google email me asking for more documents?
No — and this is where a lot of published advice is wrong. Google does not request additional documentation after an appeal is submitted. The one legitimate exception is that it may, rarely, ask for a video verification. If you get an email demanding documents or payment, treat it as suspicious.
Will my rankings come back the way they were?
Reinstatement restores your listing. It does not guarantee the exact ranking positions you held before, and I won't tell you otherwise. What I will do is get the profile live and in clean standing.
Who am I dealing with?
Me, directly. I'm Arif Hussain Shaik. I've worked on Google Business Profile recovery since 2019 — 600+ profiles reinstated across 60+ countries, 95%+ success rate, and 160+ verified reviews on Upwork, Fiverr and Google. No team, no outsourcing, no account manager.
Every day it stays suspended costs you customers
Send me your profile details. I'll tell you what triggered the suspension and whether it can be recovered — before you pay anything.
