1. Services

Arif Hussain Shaik ("Consultant") provides Google Business Profile (GBP) recovery and reinstatement consulting services. By engaging these services, you agree to these terms.

2. No Guarantee of Reinstatement

While the Consultant has a 95%+ success rate across 500+ cases, Google Business Profile reinstatement decisions are made solely by Google. The Consultant cannot and does not guarantee reinstatement in every case. Fees paid cover the Consultant's time, expertise, and professional services — not a guaranteed outcome.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Fees are quoted per project and agreed upon during the initial assessment call
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Rush fees may apply for expedited service

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business and GBP listing
• Supply requested documentation promptly
• Not make changes to your GBP listing during active recovery work without prior approval
• Ensure your business complies with Google's guidelines

5. Confidentiality

The Consultant will keep your business information confidential. Case studies published on this website use anonymized or client-approved details only.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Consultant's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project. The Consultant is not liable for any lost business, revenue, or consequential damages resulting from a GBP suspension or failed reinstatement.

7. Relationship

The Consultant is an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
